How To Make a Return

1) Email Bassdaisyhelp@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request"

2) Attach your order reciept, invoice, and order number in the body of the email.

3) Include the reason for your return in a few words. (For example, "Not what I expected", "Wrong Size",etc )

4) We will respond with an email confirmation and get back to you in 48hrs.

5) We will send you a return address for you to mail your item back to us. (Please note, the customer is responsible for the postage cost. Please use a tracked shipping method to ensure we recieve your returned item.)

Return Info

⭐️ Sorry, no exchanges at the moment.

⭐️ The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of refunded items.

⭐️ Socks, face masks, pacifiers, and tights can not be returned. :(

⭐️Jewelry can only be returned when you don't open the package/take tags off.

⭐️Gift cards can not be returned, sorry. :(

📩Please use a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

❌ Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 Hours of delivery.

❌We're not liable for any lost/stolen package case after delivered. We do not accept any refund request in the case of "Not Received" if our tracking shows the item has been marked delivered. We'll try our best to assist you in solving this issue.
